Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is designed to be straightforward, easy to find, and clear before a customer checks out.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item condition
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging when possible.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection and returned to the original payment method.
To start a return, email support@opalny.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final sale items, gift cards, and items returned outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.
If inventory allows, an exchange may be available. If not, a refund will be issued once the return is approved.
